How can I blow-dry my hair FAST when I’m getting ready for work in the morning?

If you’re in a hurry, you don’t have to blow dry your whole head. First, apply a mousse, like our Fantastic Hair Care Styling Foam, throughout your hair. Then, with a wide-tooth comb, draw a line from ear to ear on top of your head, and divide the front section into thirds. Blow-dry one side first, then using a round brush, roll it towards your face. Continue with the crown, followed by the other side of the head. Run your hands through your blow-dried hair to blend it in with the rest. Brush hair smooth from roots to tips with a natural bristle brush, which helps to naturally polish the hair for a smoother, sleeker ponytail. Take a dime-size amount of Fantastic Hair Care Styling Glaze and warm it for three seconds by rubbing your palms together. Distribute through your hair, concentrating on the crown of your head. Grab hold of hair tightly (in ponytail fashion) and brush hair back starting at the nape, and working all the way around the head.

The base of the ponytail should be right below the occipital bone (the bony ridge right above the nape). Slide on a non-tearing elastic hair tie and secure at the base of your ponytail with two bobby pins on top and bottom of ponytail. Placing bobby pins at the base will allow you to get the tightest ponytail possible without creating “ripples” at the crown or around the hair elastic. Bobby pins will also allow for easy ponytail dismantling; simply take out pins and the ponytail will unravel on its own without any hair snagging.
